Okay, all I can say is that this engagement session is one that dreams are made of.
Kaly and Michael are not only ridiculously beautiful in photos, but are just beautiful souls in general and it's just a breath of fresh air to be around them. I praise God for these two and the love that marks them, it's contagious. When we first planned this session, Kaly told me that she's praying for light snow on the day of so it can fall in her hair and look dreamy, haha. Sure enough, the week before it didn't snow once, but the day before and the day of it snowed perfectly. Heavy snow the day before to fill up the woods and light snow the day of to fill up her hair! The Lord answered our prayers. It seems like such an insignificant little thing, but He took delight in taking care of that too. While in the woods, the weather was on our side in that it wasn't even as cold as we expected, and it only got reallyyy cold as the sun was setting and our clothes were soaked from treking through the woods (others even skied past us, it was that amazing of a place!) which brings me to my next point, there's a part two to this session, filled with dreamy sunset romance and books. I just can't get enough of these two. Overall, this whole shoot just whispers fairytale, and that is exactly what it felt like photographing them. Warm hugs & snuggles, adorable smiles and that I-absolutely-adore-you look in their eyes, they're a dream. Go ahead and swoon over their dreamy engagement session now, enjoy! (Be on the lookout for Part Two!)
