My first photoblog post!! Yay!!
So excited to share these photos of Andrew and Anastasia.
These two are the funniest and most adorable couple, and they just make you wanna be them. It was actually an amazing winter day outside, beautiful and (thank the Lord) not like the crazy cold that took over for the past week, and taking photos of this awesome couple was the best way to spend it.

If I keep going, I'm just gonna keep gushing about how perfect and cute and adorable (and super photogenic) these two are, so I'm just gonna let you guys see for yourselves ;)
Here we go!

Instead of the snow going up in the air, it went straight into Andrew's face...haha oops!

These upcoming photos are probably my favourite from this shoot, because I am a sucker for dressy-ness, and I love the pop of red in every shot. The contrast against the white snow and just all of it, so perfect.

The Beginning of Photography Blogging

The hills of my hometown in Romania. 2013.
I've always loved looking through photographers' blogs. The high-resolution photos (and lots of them) the details, the story behind every photoshoot, every person and every couple. For the longest time I've been trying to find a place where I - as a photographer - can do that too. Where you can get to know me, and see tons and tons of photos, instead of me spamming everyone's feeds on facebook ;)

I started my photography business with the desire to create, and give. To create beautiful photographs out of beautiful people, breath-taking moments that need to be frozen in time, to give glory to God for all He is and all He has done, and to create art. I've always loved art, though I didn't believe I had what it takes to become any sort of artist and make a living out of it - a writer, a painter etc. I never would have expected to be able to be an artist through photos, but I can..and that's what I strive to be.

In more details, I am a hopeless romantic, so weddings and couples are my weakness. I will cry at your wedding, even if you don't. And if you do, I'll end up crying even harder, because I just can't help it. Weddings are the most beautiful picture of the joy and love between a man and a woman, and in the grand scheme of things - a picture of Christ and His Bride...the church. Us. How great a day it will be when we will be re-united with our Heavenly Groom. Besides that, I love to travel throughout this Earth, and see God's glory in every place, within the eyes of every person. My heart rejoices in sunsets, especially summer ones. In mountains and valleys and forests and the beautiful wild. In long books, and unique poems, and interesting people. Photography is my way of exploring the world. Of capturing it in a tangible way, with more than just my eyes and my memory, because those things fade. It's a great adventure, and a beautiful discovery. With my camera I get to meet, and capture the most beautiful people, and the most breath-taking moments. I get to freeze time, so I can go back to the places I've been and the moments I've witnessed as often as I'd like...and I truly do. When I look at a photo, It's as though I time-travel. I feel everything I felt at the time of the photo taken, I see everything around me I saw them, and I re-live the beautiful moment I've been blessed to capture.

The blessing of being a photographer comes straight from the Lord, for He knew the desire of my heart before I even knew it. He made it all possible for me, with the loving support of those around me. I pray that through my photography, I may be able to reflect Him. That through all my human sinfulness, He would still shine brighter.

So this is it. The beginning of my photographer blogging life.
I am excited to travel with you.
